We used to love Ernies RV , they unfortunately had to move during covid. However since then we were told that our vehicle was too old. So we stopped inquiring. I just asked about a genie service and repair and was chased away by the numbers. Guess our rig is too old to be taken seriously. This is definately an industy and even a camping standard. Can't be "homeless looking" . My brother's 2006 county couch has no issues like this, but looks cooler and I guess like they have more funding. I am tired of the second class citizenship of coach ownership. Who can freaking help he work on a classic coach.?

Great experience! Amber was a great communicator throughout the process and took awesome care of us! We were having a coupe items repaired, and Ernie's did such a great job that we decided to keep our RV! Thanks, Amber and Wyatt! - Scott and Lynda

I took my RV to Ernie's to inspect for a leak possibly coming from the water heater. Two inspections, no water leak. Third time (after recommending thousands of dollars of other work Ernie's "found") now there was a leak. I firmly believe Ernie's greatly overcharges and advises work needed that isn't really needed. $2200 later, I get the RV back. I had mentioned there seems to be an issue with the generator. Ernie's never even looked at it. A mobile tech has now determined the carburetor has failed. I would caution anyone from using Ernie's for their RV inspection or repairs. They are not at all honest with customers.

Having the technicians at Ernie’s perform a follow up review of our recent roof replacement gives us the peace of mind we were looking for to ensure it will give us many years of service.

My wife and I are full time RV'ers. When we have a problem it can be difficult to have repairs done while living in the RV. We had a failure of our Truma on demand water heater. I called Truma and they recommended Ernie's as they were in the area and we an authorized repair center. Ernie's went above and beyond in not only repairing our water heater but also setting us up and letting us stay in their lot while they worked on our system. There was a minor hiccup with the repair that kept us there longer than we had anticipated, but again they let us stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Our repair tech, Wyatt, was excellent. He was very courteous, knew the system well and explained everything that he was doing. I would recommend Ernie's to anyone!
